Return Policy

AGAME Global Sports offers a 30-day return or exchange on most products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund if it is:

  • New and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the packing list/receipt provided with the order

The following products may NOT be returned:

  • Special orders
  • Custom orders
  • Merchandise that has been used
  • Gift cards and eGift Cards

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift purchases. For your convenience, any item purchased at can be returned by mail.


Returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you used a Gift Card or eGift Card, we will issue a new card. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for the refund to be issued.

Free Returns

AGAME Global Sports offers Free Returns on all purchases. Request a free, pre-paid UPS shipping label by contacting a Customer Service Representative via email, make your request online here.

Please follow these directions to return by parcel service:

  • Include the Merchandise Return Form and a copy of the original packing list inside the package. This form must be filled out completely to properly and efficiently process your return.
  • Attach the self-stick address label to the outside of the package, in addition to the pre-paid UPS shipping label.
  • All returned products must be in new and unused condition and must include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order contains an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping or was defective out of the box, make sure to save the shipping carton and all original packaging, and Contact Us as soon as possible for assistance.

Items Missing from Package

Depending on the type of product ordered and the number of items ordered, some orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different days. Please check your packing list to verify what was to be included in your package. Some products may not have been shipped yet and will ship in a separate package. If you do find items are missing from your package that should have been included, please Contact Us as soon as possible for assistance.
